试论高校毕业生就业服务信息的采集与利用

On Collection and Use of Information of Employment Services for Graduates

随着高等教育的迅速发展,高校学生人数剧增,毕业生就业工作压力越来越大。通过对就业服务信息采集工作重要性的认识,分析高校毕业生就业服务信息采集工作中存在的主要问题,并提出针对性的有效对策以完善就业服务信息采集工作机制,从而促进高校毕业生就业工作的规范化、科学化建设。

With the rapid development of higher education and enrollment surge in universities and colleges,the stress of employment work is increasing.Through the awareness of the importance of information collection of employment services,the paper analyzes the main existing problems in the information collection,and proposes effective measures which aimed at improving information gathering mechanisms of employment services in order to promote standardized and scientific development of employment work in universities and colleges.
