房地产业是我国国民经济发展的支柱产业,确保房地产业健康稳定发展不仅有助于我国经济抵御由美国次贷危机引发的全球金融危机,而且可以作为预防通胀的重要手段。在我国经济复苏这段时期内,国家将对房地产市场进行结构优化,以达到房地产市场和谐稳定发展的目标。本文分析了近期我国政府的房地产调控政策,并结合相关部门的研究,对我国经济复苏期房地产市场的发展前景做出预测。

Real estate industry is a pillar industry of China＇s national economic development to ensure the healthy and stable development of the real estate industry,which will not only help our economy to withstand the U.S.sub-prime crisis triggered by the global financial crisis,but also can serve as an important means of preventing inflation.During the period of economic recovery,the state will carry out structural optimization of the real estate market in order to achieve a harmonious and stable real estate market development.Combined with relevant research of some departments,this paper analyzes the recent policy of our government＇s real estate regulation and control, makes the prediction to the development prospects of the real estate market during the period of Chinas economic recovery.
