押运员个性特征与心理健康状况及其相关性研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的旨在了解押运护卫队员心理健康现状与个性特征及其相关性。方法本研究采用卡特尔16种人格因素问卷(16PF)和症状自评量表(SCL-90),对2010年度在湖北省新华医院体检的470名押运护卫队员进行测试及定量分析。对检测结果进行描述统计和方差分析,SCL-90结果与军人及地方常模比较,均采用t检验;16PF各因子与SCL-90总分,以及SCL-90各统计指标与16PF次级因素分别进行Pearson相关分析和多元逐步回归。结果押运护卫队员受测人员卡特尔16种人格问卷结果与军人常模比较,除聪慧性、兴奋性、有恒性、敢为性、实验性和自律性六项都没有显著差异外,其余都达到0.05以上的显著水平;除乐群,聪慧,恃强,幻想,世故,实验和独立性外,16PF各因子均与SCL-90总分呈显著相关;SCL-90所有因子与16PF的次级因素适应与焦虑型有显著相关。结论押运护卫队员心理健康水平较低,其人格特征可能影响其心理健康状态。 Objective To investigate mental health and personality characteristics of supercargoes. Methods Catell 16 Personality Factor Test (16PF) and Symptom Checklist 90 ( SCL-90 ) were used in 470 supercargoes for quantitative analysis. Pearson correlation analysis, multiple regressions and t test were used for data analysis. Results The participants showed a significantly lower score, although specific items were higher than normal models. There was no difference in different age groups. 16PF were positively correlated with total score of SCL-90, except for gregariousness, intelligence, ambition, fantasy, worldly-wisdom, creativity and independency. All factors in SCL-90 were significantly related with the subfactor (i. e. adaptation and anxiety) of 16PF. Conclusion The mental health of supercargoes may not be optimistic, and the personality problems may have some effects on their mental health.
