摘要
目的:探讨系统化健康教育对精神分裂症伴糖尿病患者的影响。方法:将100例精神分裂症伴糖尿病患者随机分为干预组和对照组各50例,对照组接受常规的健康教育,干预组在此基础上予以综合、系统化健康教育。结果:入组6个月后两组患者在自我综合管理能力、对糖尿病的认知程度、代谢指标前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对精神分裂症伴糖尿病的患者实施综合、系统化的健康教育,有助于提高患者对糖尿病的认识程度,有效地控制各项代谢指标,延缓并发症的发生,提高生存质量。
Objective: To investigate the impact of systematic health education on the patients with schizophrenia associated with diabetes.Methods: 100 patients with schizophrenia associated with diabetes were randomly divided into intervention group and control group(50 cases for each group).The patients in the control group received conventional health education and the patients in the intervention group were given comprehensive and systematic health education based on the conventional health education.Results: There were statistically significant differences in the comparison of self-management skills,awareness of diabetes and metabolic parameters between the two groups after 6-month systematic health education(P〈0.05).Conclusion: Application of comprehensive and systematic health education to the patients with schizophrenia associated with diabetes can help improve the level of awareness of diabetes,effectively control the metabolic parameters,delay the occurrence of complications and improve their quality of life.
