人性化护理方式对糖尿病患者治疗依从性的影响

Impact of humanistic nursing mode on the treatment compliance of diabetic patients

目的:探讨人性化护理方式对糖尿病患者治疗依从性的影响。方法:将94例2型糖尿病患者随机分为对照组44例和观察组50例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用人性化护理,比较两组患者的治疗效果及治疗依从性。结果:观察组总有效率为96.0%,对照组总有效率为90.9%,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗依从性为98.0%,对照组治疗依从性为84.1%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:人性化护理方式应用于糖尿病患者临床效果较佳,且能明显提高患者的治疗依从性,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To discuss the impact of humanistic nursing mode on the treatment compliance of diabetic patients.Methods： 94 patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into control group（n=44） and observation group（n=50）.The patients in the control group received routine nursing care and the patients in the observation group received humanistic nursing care.The therapeutic effect and treatment compliance were compared between the two groups.Results： The total effective rate was 96.0% in the observation group and 90.9% in the control group（P〉0.05）;the treatment compliance was 98.0% in the observation group and 84.1% in the control group and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The humanistic nursing mode can significantly improve patient＇s treatment compliance and has obtained better clinical results.It is worthy of clinical application.
