摘要
目的:探讨在儿科护理学临床见习教学中应用参与式教学法的效果。方法:选取实验组(2班,共69人)和对照组(1班,共70人)参加本研究,实验组采用参与式教学法,对照组采用传统教学法,课程结束后采用考试和问卷调查进行教学效果评估。结果:两组考试成绩比较,总分、扩展知识及病历分析实验组明显高于对照组(P<0.05),而基础知识两组比较则无显著性差异(P>0.05);问卷调查显示实验组学生对自己的沟通能力、查阅文献能力、团队合作精神、求知欲及目前教学方法的满意度与对照组学生比较差异有显著性(P<0.01),而对于其他调查内容,实验组的良好率也明显高于对照组,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:参与式教学法能提高见习教学质量,有利于培养学生的多种能力。
Objective: To evaluate the effect of participatory teaching methods applied to the clinical probation in "Pediatric Nursing" teaching.Methods: 69 students of 2 classes(experimental group) and other 70 students of one class(control group) were selected as study objects.The participatory teaching methods were applied in the experimental group and traditional teaching methods were used in the control group.The teaching effectiveness was assessed by course examinations and questionnaires survey when the course was finished.Results: The total scores of examination,expansion of knowledge and analysis of medical records was significantly higher and better in the experimental group than those in the control group(P〈0.05);the difference in the comparison of basic knowledge was not significant between the two groups(P〉0.05);the questionnaire survey showed that the satisfaction of the students with their communication skills,literature retrieval,team spirit,curiosity and the current teaching methods was higher in the experimental group than that in the control group(P〈0.01),while the other contents of the survey were superior in the experimental group to the control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion: Participatory teaching methods can improve the quality of teaching and are conducive to the cultivation of various skills of students.
