护理干预在胎儿磁共振成像中的应用 被引量:10

摘要 目的:探讨护理干预对胎儿磁共振成像质量的影响。方法:对260例怀疑胎儿有异常的孕妇行1.5T磁共振检查,随机分为有护理干预组160例和无护理干预组100例;观察两组有无检查终止和身体移动,有无呼吸伪影并对图像质量进行评价。结果:有护理干预组较无护理干预组呼吸伪影少且图像质量优,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:护理干预对胎儿MR检查的图像质量有着重要影响。 Objective: To investigate the impact of nursing intervention on the image quality of fetal magnetic resonance imaging(MRI).Methods: 260 pregnant women with suspected fetal abnormalities underwent the examination by 1.5T MRI unit and they were randomly divided into nursing intervention group(n=160) and non-nursing intervention group(n=100).The termination of the examination,body movement and breathing artifact were checked and identified and image quality was evaluated in both groups.Results: The breathing artifact was less and image quality was better in the nursing intervention group than that in the non-nursing intervention group,and the difference was statistically significant(n〈0.05).Conclusion: Nursing intervention has an important impact on the image quality in fetal MRI examination
