护理干预对颈椎前路手术患者术后咽喉部刺激症的影响

Effect of nursing intervention on the throat irritation symptoms of the patients after anterior cervical spine surgery

目的：探讨护理干预对颈椎前路手术患者术后咽喉部刺激症的影响。方法：将83例颈椎前路手术患者随机分为观察组43例和对照组40例,对照组常规术前3-7 d进行气管推移和术中体位训练,观察组在此基础上采用系统的护理干预措施,观察、比较两组术后咽喉部疼痛、吞咽困难发生情况。结果：两组术后咽喉部疼痛发生率比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,但观察组持续时间短于对照组（P〈0.01）;观察组吞咽困难发生率及持续时间均小于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：颈椎前路手术患者术后咽喉部刺激症状较常见,术前护理干预能有效缓解此症状,减轻患者痛苦。

Objective： To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on the throat irritation symptoms of the patients after anterior cervical spine surgery.Methods： 83 patients with anterior cervical spine surgery were randomly divided into observation group（n=43） and control group（n=40）.The routine trachea shift training was conducted 3 - 7 days before surgery and intraoperative body positioning training was given to the patients in the control group;the systematic nursing intervention was additionally provided in the observation group based on the methods mentioned in the control group.The postoperative sore throat and the incidence of dysphagia were observed and compared between the two groups.Results： The comparison of the incidence of postoperative sore throat was not significantly different between the two groups（P〉0.05）;the duration of dysphagia was shorter in the observation group（P〈0.01）;the incidence of dysphagia and the duration were lower and shorter in the observation group than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The postoperative throat irritation symptoms are common seen after anterior cervical spine surgery and preoperative nursing intervention can effectively relieve the symptoms and reduce the suffering of patients.
