银行办理出口押汇存在的问题及对策分析

出口押汇是出口贸易中常见的短期融资方式之一,已经在我国商业银行国际业务中得到比较普遍的开展。但是由于国内尚无专门规范出口押汇的法律制度,各银行对该项业务的理解和操作存在一定的差异,因此在办理此业务时会存在一些问题。

Outward documentary bill is one of the most common short-term financing ways in export trade. It has been more generally carried out in international business of our country＇s commercial banks. However,there exists some problems when the banks handle the business. It is because there is no special standard legal system about outward documentary bill,and also there exists some differences among the banks on understanding and operation of the business. In this paper,it discusses about the meaning of outward documentary bill,the problems existing in it and the solutions in system ways.
