高校医学专业学生法律素质调查研究

A Survey on Legal Quality of Medical College Students

采用问卷调查方式对500名医学大学生法律素质进行研究,有关数据显示:所调查的医学生在法律知识素质方面有所欠缺,并缺乏自主学习和持续学习的能力;在医事法律意识方面表现出希望获得更多的法律知识同时又缺乏对法律的信任;遇到利益冲突时更多关注自己利益而非患者利益;医学专业学生仍然没有形成正确的医事法律思维能力,综合分析和解决实际问题的能力不强。

The survey on 500 medical college students＇ legal quality shows that they are short of the legal knowledge and they lacks ability which the independent study and studies continually. In practice of medicine legal awareness aspect,medical college students both hope obtains the more legal knowledge and lacking of the legal belief. When they meet the conflicts of interest,they pays attention to themselves benefit,but not the patients benefit. The medical college students had still not formed the correct practice of medicine law power of thought. And their generalized analysis and solution actual problem＇s ability is not strong.
