随着教育事业的发展和信息技术在档案工作中的广泛应用,高校档案工作发生了巨大的变化,也对高校档案管理人员提出了新的要求。高校档案管理人员应在思想政治素质、专业理论、计算机、心理、外语等方面提高自己的整体素质。

Along with the education development and the widespread application of information technology in the file work,the university file work has had the huge change,and set the new request to the university records management personnel. The university records management personnel should improve their integrated quality in politics,specialized theory,computer,psychology ,foreign language,etc.
