钼钯摄影乳腺钙化60例分析

Analysis of 60 cases of Breast Calcification with Molybdenum Photography

目的探讨钼靶乳腺摄影对乳腺微小钙化在不同乳腺疾病中的诊断价值.方法回顾性分析60例乳腺X线钼靶片显示微小钙化病例,分析、评价钙化对乳腺癌的诊断价值.结果病例全部经手术病理证实,其中乳腺恶性病变42例,良性病变18例.弥漫性分布及粗颗粒型或融合型形态的钙化多见于乳腺良性病变,沿导管方向走行或单簇分布及蠕虫型或混合型形态的钙化多见于乳腺癌.结论微小钙化密度、钙化走向分布及钙化与肿块的关系与乳腺病变良、恶性有关.

Objective Discuss the diagnosis value of breast microcalcifications in different breast disease which found by Molybde-num photography.Methods Retrospective analysis of 60 cases that showed microcalcifications by breast mammography X ray,Analysis and evaluation the diagnosis value of calcification in breast cancer.Results Diffuse distribution and coarse particle type or fusion forms of calcification more common in benign breast disease.Direction along the pipe line or a single cluster distribution and the worm-type or mixed forms of calcification more common in breast cancer.Conclusions Microcalcifications density,calcification to-wards mass distribution and the relationship between calcification have a relation to the Benign and malignant of breast lesions.
