摘要
目的分析喹诺酮类药物在临床应用中的不良反应，为合理临床用药提供合理对策。方法回顾分析120例喹诺酮类药物不良反应报告。结果120例不良反应涉及6种喹诺酮类药物，累及人体多个系统，以皮肤和附件损害最为多见，多数不良反应转归良好。结论临床应用喹诺酮类药物时，必须注意不良反应的监测，合理用药。
Objective To investigate the occurrence of Quinolones antibiotics adverse drug reactions（ADR） and to promote rational drug use in the clinic. Methods 120 ADR cases collected in oar hospital in 2006 to 2009 were classified and analyzed retrospectively. Results 120 ADR cases were involved in 6 drugs of Quinolones. The mainly manifested adverse drug reaction were phlebitis and gastrointestinal reactions. Conclusion The rational use of medication, importance should be attached to the reporting and monitor of ADR, so as to lessen or avoid the occurrence of ADR in the clinic.
