The author introduced the main subjects of the 7th International Conference of Noninvasive Ventilation. The advance of clinical applications of positive pressure noninvasive ventilation, which in-volved the advantage, disadvantage and the clinical applications of nasal and nasal mouth mask positive pressure noninvasive ventilation were discussed.
