摘要
旅游过程中的航班延误比单纯的民用航空运输延误更为复杂,必须通过立法比较以妥善解决好其中的旅游业者的责任、航空公司的责任及赔偿标准等问题,以促进我国旅游业的健康发展。
The issue of flight being behind schedule in travel is much more complicated than the flight being behind schedule in common. It is necessary to compare the concerning legislation to solve the problems such as the liability of travel agency, the liability of airways and standards of compensation so as to push forward the sound development of travel industry in China.
