摘要
本文在分析朝阳区经济型酒店发展历程的基础上,采用定性、定量相结合的研究方法,对北京市朝阳区88家经济型酒店的微观选址特点进行研究,以期总结出经济型酒店微观选址的一般规律,为经济型酒店投资商及运营商的投资行为提供帮助。
Based on the analysis of the development of budget hotels in Chaoyang District, Beijing City, the article had a microstudy on 88 budget hotels.Using qualitative and quantitative research methods,the article revealed the hotels＇ site selection characteristics in order to give some help to economy hotel operators in their investment behavior.
