芹菜素对大鼠阿霉素性急性心肌损伤的影响

摘要 目的观察芹菜素(Apigenin,API)对大鼠阿霉素(Adriamycin,ADR)性急性心肌损伤的影响。方法将雄性SD大鼠40只随机分为5组:对照组、ADR组、ADR+API(L)组、ADR+API(M)组、ADR+API(H)组。光镜下进行心肌组织病理形态学的观察,并用TUNEL法检测凋亡的心肌细胞,ELISA法检测血清心肌酶(CK-MB)的改变。结果 ADR组大鼠光镜下的心肌损伤情况明显重于其他各组,CK-MB、AI值升高(P<0.01);ADR+API组大鼠上述指标的变化减轻,尤以ADR+API(M)、ADR+API(H)组变化显著(P<0.01)。结论芹菜素对大鼠阿霉素性急性心肌损伤具有一定的保护作用。 Objective To observe the effect of apigenin(API) on the adriamycin -induced acute cardiomyopathy.Methods Male SD rats (n=40) were randomly divided into five groups:Control,ADR,ADR+API(L), ADR+API(M),ADR+API(H).The morphology of cardiomyocyte,apoptosis index(AI)and CK-MB were detected.Results The cardiomyopathy of ADR Group was much severer than other groups, the values of CK-MB、AI in the ADR Group increased(P〈0.01)and the values of above-mentioned indexes in ADR+API Groups decreased,especially the API(M)、API(H) Groups decreased significantly(P〈0.01).Conclusion Apigenin could protect the rats against the acute adriamycin-induced cardiomyopathy.
