摘要
用生物发光技术对结核杆菌H_(37)Ra株进行快速药物敏感试验的研究。该法系将在改良罗氏培养基中培养3周的结核杆菌H_(37)Ra株经适当稀释后,移种于0.1%吐温80-综合苏通液体培养基中(加与未加抗生素),37℃培养4~5d,然后测定细菌ATP提取物BL(305)值。通过计算细菌生长抑制率,了解细菌对药物的敏感性.本法快速(4~5d),易于操作。
We carried out studies of rapid drug sensitivity testing of M. tuberculosis strain H_(37)Ra with the bioluminescence method. The method was that bacteria from about three weeks old cultures of M. tuberculosis strain II_(37)Ra on Lowenstein Jensen medium were diluted suitably and were added to 0.1 per cent Tween 80--system Sauton liquid medium (with or without antibiotics and free medium) and then incubated at 37℃ After inculation for four or five days, the amout of BL_(30s) rlu's were determined. We can know the drug sensitivity of M. tuberculosis strain H_(37)Ra which was estimated according to the inhibition rate of bacteria growth. The results of the seusitivity testing can be evaluated within 4 to 5 days. The method is rapid and easy to perform.
