摘要
[目的]探讨在生菜抗盐栽培中如何合理利用CaCl2。[方法]以香港玻璃生菜、美国大速生和软尾生菜种子为试材,通过CaCl2浸种处理,研究外源CaCl2对NaCl胁迫下3个品种生菜种子发芽特性的影响。[结果]生菜种子萌发时,在NaCl胁迫下,加入浓度10mmol/L的CaCl2后生菜种子发芽率及发芽势有显著的缓解效应;10 mmol/L的CaCl2能提高美国大速生和香港玻璃生菜种子的萌发活力,并能起到壮苗的作用,而软尾生菜需要20 mmol/L的CaCl2。浓度25 mmol/L CaCl2对美国大速生和香港玻璃生菜种子发芽有显著的抑制作用。[结论]低浓度外源钙对生菜种子的萌发具有显著的促进作用,浓度过高具有抑制作用。
[ Objective]The research aimed to discuss how to rationally use CaCl2 in cultivating lettuce under salt stress. [ Method] The lettuce seed( Hong Kong Glass lettuce,United States greatly fast-growing lettuce,Ruanwei lettuce) was treated with different concentration of CaCl2. And the effects of exogenous Calcium on germination of three lettuce varieties under salt stress were studied. [ Result ] Under the NaCl2 stress, 10 mmol/L CaCl2 had an obvious relief effects on the germination rate and germination energy of lettuce seeds, the germination vigor of United States greatly fast-growing and Hong Kong Glass lettuces were increased with 10 mmol/L CaCl2 , which could make the seedlings strong on the other hand, and Ruanwei lettuce needs 20 mmol/L CaCl2. But the germination of United States greatly fast-growing and Hong Kong Glass lettuces were significantly inhibited with 25 mmol/L CaCl2. [ Conclusion] Low concentration of exogenous calcium could significantly promote the germination of lettuce seed, while too high concentration might inhibit.
