“索邦”百合鳞片扦插繁殖技术研究

Cutting Propagation Technique of Lilium orential 'sorbonne'

[自的]系统研究“索邦”百合鳞片扦插繁殖技术。[方法]以“索邦”百合一级种球为试验材料，分别从鳞片消毒处理、鳞片层次、扦插时间和激素处理4个方面研究鳞片扦插繁殖的最佳条件。[结果]“索邦”百合种球经冷库（0～3℃）处理3个月后取外层鳞片，用百茵清＋甲基托布津1000倍液分别消毒20min，经100mg／L的ABTI^#处理2h后扦插，能明显提高小籽球的繁殖数量和质量。[结论]该研究为“索邦”百合种球的国产化生产提供了技术支持。

[ Objective ] To study the cutting propagation technique of Lilium orential ＇ sorbonne＇. [ Method ] The first bulbs of ＇ Sorbonne＇ were used as test materials, and the optimum scale disinfection method, scale levels, cutting time and hormone treatment were investigated, respectively. [ Result] The optimum cutting propagation condition of Lilium prential ＇sorbonne＇ were as follows： 0 -3 ℃ for three months, disinfecting with 1 000 times chlorothalonil and thiophanate methyl solution for 20 rain, treating with 100 mg/L ABTI ^# for 2 h. [ Conclusion] This study provides technical support for the Localization of Liliurn orential ＇ sorbonne＇ in China.
