响应面法优化玫瑰茄中花青素的超声波提取工艺 被引量:9

摘要 [目的]为分离纯化玫瑰茄花青素提供参考。[方法]以冰醋酸为溶剂,采用超声波法提取玫瑰茄中的花青素,以提取率为评价指标,在单因素试验的基础上采用响应面法对提取工艺进行优化。[结果]玫瑰茄提取液在522 nm左右出现特征吸收峰,说明该提取液具有花青素的特征,属于花青素类物质。各因素对玫瑰茄花青素提取率的影响依次为:液料比>冰醋酸浓度>超声功率>超声时间。最佳提取工艺为:冰醋酸浓度9%,液料比22,超声时间28.5 min,超声功率490W。[结论]该研究确定了超声波提取玫瑰茄中花青素的最佳工艺条件。 Objective ] The study was to provide the reference for the isolation and purification of anthocyanin from Hibiscus sabdariffa L.. [ Method] The anthoeyanin in H. sabdariffa, was extracted by ultrasonic method with glacial acetic acid as the solvent. The extraction process was optimized by response surface methodology on the basis of single factor test with extraction rate as the indicator. [ Results] The character- istic absorption peak of 1t. sabdariffa extract appeared at 522 nm, which indicated that the extract had the characteristics of anthoeyanin, so it belonged to anthocyanin. The effects of factors on exwaction rate of anthocyanin from H. sabdariffa in order was liquid-solid ratio 〉 glacial acetic acid concns. 〉 ultrasonic power 〉 ultrasonic time. The optirnmn extraction process were glacial acetic acid concns, of9% , liquid-sol- id ratio of 22, ultrasonic time of 28.5 min, ultrasonic power of 490 W. [ Conclusion] This study identified the optimum ultrasonic extraction process of anthocyanin from H. sabdariffa
