摘要
[目的]探讨酸浆不同品系各生理指标含量的变化,为酸浆的高产优质栽培提供依据。[方法]以菱状卵形(A)、粗齿状卵形(B)、长卵形(C)、狭长形(D)及宽卵形(对照)叶片酸浆为试验材料,在花期、结果期、果实膨大期及果实成熟期,测定5种不同品系酸浆叶片中的叶绿素、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质和果实中Vc的含量。[结果]品系C、B的叶绿素含量较高;品系C可溶性糖和VC的含量最高;品系C、B的可溶性蛋白质的含量较高。[结论]品系C为最优良的品系,可用于推广。
[ Objective ] The physiological index changes in content of different strains of Physalis alkekengi were researched in order to provide references for high yield and quality cultivation of Physalis alkekengi. [ Method] With ling ovate, rough toothed ovate, long oval, long and nar- row shape as materials, respectively were denoted strain A, B, C and D, and took wild Physalis alkekengi with broadly ovate leaves as con- trast. The contents of chlorophyll, soluble sugar, soluble protein in leaves and Vc content in fruits were determined in flowering stage, becom- ing fruit stage, fruit enlargement stage and fruit maturity stage. [ Result ] The results showed that the contents of chlorophyll for strain B, Cwere higher,the content of soluble sugar for strain C was highest, the contents of soluble protein for strain B, Cwere higher,the content of Vc for strain C was highest. [ Conclusion]The strain C was the best stain and could be used to popularized.
