利用2,4-D除草剂环境胁迫筛选陆地棉品种资源

摘要 [目的]为抗除草剂棉花新品种的选育提供参考。[方法]在棉田喷施2,4-D除草剂造成药害,在受害后的棉田筛选抗2,4-D的棉花品种。[结果]DPX系列陆地棉品种(DPX109、DPX114、DPX120、DPX160)对2,4-D除草剂的耐、抗性较好,喷药后其生物学性状、叶型、叶色、花冠大小无明显变化,单铃重和衣分明显增加,且生育后期植株长势稳健、吐絮正常,未出现早衰、纤维马克隆值过高、纤维长度明显缩短等现象。喷药后晚熟彩色棉品种ASI在花铃期出现返青现象。[结论]DPX系列品种是很好的耐、抗2,4-D除草剂的转基因抗虫棉品种。 [ Objective ] The aim was to provide references for selection of new cotton varieties with herbicide resistance. [ Method ] The spraying of 2, 4-D herbicide in cotton field would cause hazard, the cotton varieties with resistance to 2, 4-D would be selected out from damaged cotton field. [ Result ] The tolerance and resistance of upland cotton varieties (DPX109, DPX114, DPX120 and DPX160) in DPX series to 2, 4-D herbicide were better. Their biological characters, leaf shape, leaf color and corolla size did not show obvious change after spraying, their single ball weight and fiber yield were increased obviously; their plant growth in late growth period was stable and healthy and they were opening normally ; the phenomena did not appear, such as presenility, mic value of fiber was too high and the fiber length was shortened obvi- ously. After spraying, the late-maturing colorful cotton variety ASI showed phenomenon of regeneration in flowering and boll-setting period. [ Conclusion ] Varieties in DPX series were transgenic anti-pest cotton variety with very good tolerance and resistance to 2, 4-D herbicide.
