贵州省主要中成药中拟除虫菊酯类农药残留量研究

The Investigation of Content of Pyrethroid Pesticide Residues in Main Chinese Traditional Patent Medicine in Guizhou

[目的]调查贵州省主要中成药中拟除虫菊酯类农药残留量。[方法]在贵阳市各药店中购置贵州省主要的20个药厂的主要中成药品种，每品种3～5个批号，共计160个样品，经过提取、净化后用GC—ECD检测。[结果]5种拟除虫菊酯均有检出，检出率为33．1％，在所检出的样品中含量主要集中在0．01～0．05rag／kg；以《欧盟水果中农药最大残留限量表》（2008）进行评估，样品合格率为85％。[结论]所得数据可为我国中成药中拟除虫菊酯类农药残留限量的制定作参考。

[ Objectivel To investigate pyrethroid pesticide residues in Chinese traditional patent medicine in Guizhou province. I Method] In Guiyang City, main varieties Chinese traditional patent medicine pharmacies of the 20 major pharmaceutical companies were purchased, 3 - 5 batches of each variety, 160 samples totally, after extraction and purification, detected by GC with ECD detector. [Result ] Five pyrethroids were detected in the samples, the detection rate was 33.1% , the content concentrated in the 0.01 - 0.05 mg/kg. Taking ＂EU maximum residue limits of pesticides in fruit table＂ （2008） as a reference, samples pass rate was 85%. [Conclusion] These research data can be used as the reference for the development of Chinese traditional patent medicines pyrethroid pesticide residues limits in China.
