摘要
介绍了基于Delphi 7.0数据库编程技术的湖南省人工增雨统计检验系统的设计思路、实现方法及具备的功能,阐述了区域历史回归和聚类分析2种统计分析方法在人工增雨效果统计检验中的应用。选取2009年长沙市开展的2次人工增雨作业进行效果检验及系统应用检验,利用系统提供的区域历史回归分析方法,计算得到人工增雨作业相对增雨率约为31.90%,增雨效果显著。
Based on the Delphi 7.0 database programming technology, the design, function and application of statistical test system were intraduced. The application of two statistical analysis methods in artificial precipitation enhancement, regional historical regression and cluster analysis were elaborated. Two artificial precipitation enhancement tasks in 2009 in Changsha City were selected for validity check and system applicable examination. The regional historical regression method provided by this system was used to calculated the relative precipitation enhancement rate and obtain that the relative precipitation enhancement rate was 31.90% approximately, which means that the effect of artificial precipitation enhancement was remarkable.
