摘要
目的了解高血压病患者血清Ⅲ型前胶原(PⅢP)、Ⅳ型前胶原(PⅣP)、透明质酸(HA)的变化以及苯那普利对其影响。方法应用放射免疫技术测定47例高血压患者和21例健康体检者血清PⅢP、PⅣP、HA的浓度,并给高血压患者以苯那普利治疗十二周后复测上述指标。结果高血压组PⅢP、PⅣP、HA分别为126.8±17.4μg/L,64.1±10.17μg/L、79.23±9.78μg/L明显高于对照组的84.2±11.9μg/L,51.72±9.24μg/L、41.33±6.25μg/L(P<0.01);苯那普利治疗十二周后,高血压组上述指标分别为89.4±10.09μg/L、59.8±7.1μg/L、65.4±8.16μg/L,与治疗前相比P<0.01或P<0.05,差异显著,有统计学意义。结论血清PⅢP、PⅣP、HA水平与血压升高密切相关并致心肌纤维化。血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂-苯那普利能在有效控制血压的同时明显降低血清PⅢP、PⅣP。
Objective\ To explore the role of the serum concentrations of pro collagenⅢ(PⅢP), pro collagenⅣ(PⅣP), hyaluronic acid (HA) in hypertensives and its change after benazepril treatment.\ Methods\ Serum contents of PⅢP, PⅣP, HA were measured by radiommunoassay (RIA) in 47 patients with essential hypertension (EH) and 21 healthy individuals as control. EH patients were treated with benazepril for 12 weeks.\ Results\ Serum contents of PⅢP, PⅣP, HA in EH were 126.8±17.4 μg/L, 64.1±10.17 μg/L, 79,23±9.78 μg/L respectively. There are significantly higher than that in normal individuals(84.2±11.9 μg/L, 51.72±9.24 μg/L, 41.33±6.25 μg/L respectively). After 12 weeks of benazepril treatment, the levels of PⅢP, PⅣP, HA in EH decreased evidently with the reduction of blood pressure; however,they are still higher than that in healthy.\ Conclusion\ It is suggested that serum contents of PⅢP, PⅣP,HA are closely related with the rise of blood pressure. They may play role in the development of myocardial interstitial fibrosis. Benazepril reduces the serum contents of PⅢP, PⅣP, HA when the blood pressure is effectively controlled.
