江苏省省级土地利用规划数据库建设方法研究

Study on Method to Construct Provincial Land Use Planning Database in Jiangsu Province

以江苏省省级及市级现行土地利用总体规划成果为源数据,在《省级土地利用规划数据库建设要求》等相关技术规程的指导下,建立了一套完整的土地利用规划数据库建设技术路线,探讨了包括源数据分析、数据整理、数据预处理、数据转换、数据编辑、属性配赋以及规划指标文本数据的录入与加载等内容在内的数据库建设的技术方法,以期为新一轮土地利用总体规划修编的数据库建设奠定了技术基础。

Take the provincial and nmnieipal achievements of existing land use planning in Jiangsu as the source data, and under the guidance of relevant technical regulations such as Requirements of Provincial Land-use Planning Database Contruciton, a complete set of technical route for lhnd use planning database construction was set up. Meanwhile, some basic database construction methods including source data anaylsis, data cleaning, data preprocessing, data conversion, data edition, attribute matching, text data entry and loading of planning indicators were discussed, aiming to provide a technical basis for the new-round revision of comprehensive land use planning.
