摘要
[目的]研究河南地区禽源大肠杆菌耐药性的变化,为临床药物使用提供参考。[方法]从河南省部分地区鸡场有大肠杆菌病典型症状的病例(鸡)采集病料,分离出禽源性大肠杆菌17株,检测其对24种抗生素的耐药性。[结果]24种药物中有21种药物的耐药率>70%,其中链霉素、青霉素、阿奇霉素万古霉素、氯霉素、环丙沙星、诺氟沙星、恩诺沙星、四环素、泰乐菌素10种药物的耐药性达90%,青霉素、阿奇霉素、氯霉素、泰乐菌素4种药物的耐药性达100%。[结论]河南省部分地区禽源大肠杆菌对常见抗生素耐药性增强,抗性增加。
[ Objective] To explore Escherichia coli resistant change to common antibiotics in some areas of Henan province,and provide reference materials for clinical use of drugs. [ Method] A total of 17 strains of Eseherichia coli were isolated from samples of chicken with pathological and clinical change from Henan province. The antibiotic susceptibility test was performed on 24 antibiotics. [ Result] Most of the strains had drug resistance to the antibiotics. A high degree of resistance of avian Escherichia eoli displayed with 21 of 24 drugs having resistance and re- sistance rate reached more than 70%. The resistance rate of streptomycin,penicillin, azithromycin,vaneomycin, chloramphenicol, cyclopropane sand Star, norfloxacin, enrofloxacin, tetracycline, and tylosin 10 kinds of drug had reached more than 90% , and penicillin, azithromycin, chloramphenicol and tylosin 4 kinds of drug resistance rate reached 100%. [ Conclusion] Drug resistance of Escherichia coli in some areas of Henan province to common antibiotics strengthened.
