Overview of the Machineries and Equipments for Producing Fruits and Vegetables in China

综述了我国果蔬生产机械和装备近十年来的发展,主要表现在收获、施药喷雾、嫁接机械和检测控制等技术和装备的发展与改进方面,但我国果蔬产量的增加大都仍是依靠手工劳作,沿着传统的农业生产模式和增长方式进行,新设备、新技术的应用推广相对滞后,若要进一步扩大果蔬产能,必须在这方面加强力度。

During the recent decade, the development and improvement of harvesting machine, spraying machine, grafting machine and the technology of detect and control system are the main embodiment of China machineries and equipment for producing fruits and vegetables. How- ever, lhe increase of fruits and vegetables yield depends mainly on manpower thlxmgh the routine of the traditional agricultural producing mode and growth mode. The popularization for the application of new equipments and technologies has been correspondingly delayed, which must be strengthened in order to enlarge the yield of fruits and vegetables more rapidly.
