基于CAN总线的联合收割机电气开机自检系统 被引量:2

摘要 针对联合收割机工作环境恶劣、通信容易受到干扰的问题,提出在联合收割机电气开机自检系统中采用CAN总线与上位机进行通信。利用AT90CAN64和CTM1050T芯片构建了电气开机自检系统硬件,采用CAN2.0B标准构建了通信协议,开发了基于CAN总线的联合收割机电气开机自检装置。试验结果表明,该自检系统故障诊断正确,通信可靠。 Aiming at the problem of easily-disturbed communication existing in combine harvester for the abominable working surroundings, this paper proposes that the CAN bus eould be applied to communicating with the host controller in the build-in test system for electric installa- tion of combine harvester. The hardware of the build-in system is mainly composed of AIg0CAN64 chip and CTMI050T chip. According to CAN2.0B standard, the communication protocol is established. The equipment of build-in test system for electric installation nf combine harvester based on CAN has been developed. The test results show that the fauh is diagnosed cmTectly and the communication is reliable.
