城郊农户参与新型农村社会养老保险的意愿及影响因素研究——基于成都市金堂县的调查研究

Study on the Intention and Influencing Factors of Suburban Farmers' Participation in New Rural Social Endowment Insurance——A Case Study of Jintang County of Chengdu City

随着农村老龄化进程的加快,以及中国经济市场化程度的深化,建立建全农村社会养老保险体系已成为当务之急[1]。基于成都市金堂县的调查,以城郊农户为对象,了解新农保试点工作的进程,并运用logistic模型研究其购买新农保的意愿,分析影响其购买新农保的各种因素,为政府制定相关政策提供理论依据。

With the acceleration of the aging process in rural China and the deepening of the markctization degree of Chinese economy, to build and perfect rural social endowment insurance system had become a top priority. With Jintang county of Chengdu city as the investigation area and the suburban farmers as the investigation subjects, the pilot project process of new rural social endowment insurance was investigated, the logistics model was adopted to study the intention of the suburban farmers＇ participation in new rural social endowment insurance and analyze various factors influencing the farmers＇ purchase of the insurance.
