Analysis of the Entrepreneurship of Rural Labor Force in Xi′an

在调查研究的基础上,分析了西安农村劳动力创业的影响因素,阐述了西安农村劳动力的创业素质、创业政策和创业动机,并提出了西安农村劳动力的创业对策。

Based on the investigation and research, the influencing factors of the entrepreneurship of rural labor force in Xi＇an were analyzed. The entreprencurship quality, entrepreneurial policies and entrepreneurial motivation of rural labor force in Xi hn were discussed. And some entrepreneurial countermeasures of rural labor force in Xihn were proposed.
