笔者通过分析农村土地承包经营权的制度规定及其实质内涵,发现农村土地承包经营权制度规定有逻辑矛盾,难以达到既定目标,在分析的基础上提出相应的修改建议。

The provision and actual connotation of the system of rural land contract and operation rights were analyzed, and founded that there was logical contradiction in the provision of rural and contract and operation rights and it was different to achieve the desired goals. Based on the analysis, the corresponding revising suggestions were put forward.
