摘要
从历史视角分析了清代前中期的农林政策,主要是垦荒屯田,发展生产;农桑并称,树植并举。
The agricultural and forestry policies of Qing dynasty medium-term were analysed with a view of history. The main policies were opened up the wasteland to develop production and plantation and forestry developing together.
