部队年青人高血压发病情况及有关因素初步探讨(附1801例调查报告)

The Ocurrence of Youth Hypertension in Army Troop and the Relative Factors

目的探讨部队青年人高血压发病情况及影响因素。方法普查海军驻京６个基层单位（共１８０１人）的高血压发病率。结果（１）总发病率为５．９４％，其中确诊高血压发病率为１．７２％，临界高血压发病率为４．２２％；（２）军队青年人高血压以临界高血压为主；（３）高血压发病率与年龄、性别、遗传因素、心率、肥胖均有密切关系（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论：对临界高血压患者，对有高血压家族史及超重者应有计划地早期监测及定期随诊并提供预防措施。

Aim\ To find the prevalence rate of hypertension and risk factors in army's young people.\ Methods\ The incidences of hypertension was obtained from 6 naval basic units(total 1801 men) in Beijing.The risk factors related to hypertension were analysed.\ Results\ (1)Total incidence of hypertension is 5.94%, including borderline hypertension 4.22%, established hypertension is 1.72%;(2)Most of the hypertension in army mainly is borderline;(3)The incidece of hypertension was related with ages, sex,family history, heart rate, and BMI( P <0.01).
