摘要
[目的]对原产于贵州省荔波县的南板蓝根进行引种栽培试验,研究其在不同海拔地区的长势、产量、品质及有效药用成分含量。[方法]选择贵州大学南校区(海拔1050 m)为试验地,试验期间,对试验小区进行定点观察,在南板蓝根植株生长发育期间,观察和记载其生物学特性,成熟采收时测产,对2个试验地南板蓝根的单株鲜重,有效药用成分靛玉红含量进行对比。[结果]引种后的南板蓝根能够成活且正常生长、发育成熟,引种成功。[结论]为规范贵州省道地药材南板蓝根的种植和生产,实现南板蓝根生产的优质、稳定和可控提供科学依据。
[Objective]The growth,yield,quality and the content of effective pharmaceutical ingredient of the herb variety at different altitudes,which was introduced from its originating growth place-Libo county of Guizhou Province,was studied.[Method] The fixed-point plot experiment in the herb variety cultivation was conducted in the farm of the South Campus(at the altitude of 1 050 m) of Guizhou University and the biological characteristics of the variety during its growth and development period was observed and recorded and the yield at its maturity period was measured.The fresh weight per plant and the content of effective medicinal ingredient-indirubin from the two trail places were compared.[Results]The introduction of the herb variety was successful because it was normally growing,developing and maturity.[Conclusion]The scientific basis of the good-quality,stable and controllable production of the herb medicinal product was provided through the realization of its standardized planting,cultivation and production in Guizhou province.
