摘要
[目的]优化白术(Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz)碱溶性多糖提取工艺。[方法]以白术水提残渣为原料,采用碱溶液进行提取。在单因素试验基础上,选取碱浓度、提取时间和料液比进行正交试验,对其碱溶性多糖的最佳提取工艺进行探讨。[结果]碱溶性白术多糖的最佳提取工艺条件为:碱浓度0.9 mol/L,提取时间5 h,料液比1∶30(W∶V)。在该工艺条件下,碱溶性粗多糖得率为8.38%。[结论]该研究可为白术碱溶性多糖的开发利用提供科学依据。
[Objective]The research aimed to optimize the extraction technology of alkali-soluble polysaccharides from Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz.[Method]Using Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz as raw material,the optimal extraction technologies of alkali-soluble polysaccharides were probed and the precipitation properties of the polysaccharides were studied on the basis of single factor and orthogonal experiment.[Result]The results showed that the best technology of extracting alkali-soluble polysaccharides from Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz was as follow∶The concentration of NaOH 0.9 mol/L,time 5 h,the ratio of material to NaOH was 1∶30.Under this condition,the extracting rate of alkali-soluble polysaccharides was 8.38%.[Conclusion] The study can provide scientific basis for development and utilization of alkali-soluble polysaccharides from Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz.
