赤苍藤显微特征鉴别

Identification of Microscopic Characteristics of Erythropalum scandens Bl.

[目的]研究赤仓藤的显微结构特征。[方法]通过制作切片,观察赤仓藤茎、叶片及药材粉末的显微特征。[结果]赤仓藤茎横切面无明显特征;叶横切面下表皮有气孔,栅栏组织细胞1列,不过主脉,海绵组织与栅栏组织分化不明显;药材粉末中多见晶鞘纤维,细胞梭状,有多数细小淀粉粒。[结论]这些特征可作为赤仓藤的显微鉴别依据。

[Objective] To study the microscopic characteristics of Erythropalum scandens Bl..[Method] By making sections,the microscopic characteristics of Erythropalum scandens Bl.stem,leaf and medicinal powder were investigated.[Result]The cross section of Erythropalum scandens Bl.stem was not provided with distinct microscopic characters.From the cross section of its leaf,there was stoma on lower epidermis,1 line of palisade tissue,and there was no obvious differentiation between palisade tissue and spongy tissue.There were many crystal fibers and thin starch granule in the medicinal powder,cells of spindle-shaped.[Conclusion]The characteristics obtained in this study can be used to identify Erythropalum scandens Bl..
