摘要 [目的]研究肠道微生态环境对雏鸡生长性能的影响,为提高幼禽的成活率、降低饲养成本提供理论依据。[方法]将200只刚出壳的雏鸡随机分成4组,分别饲喂乳酸杆菌、恩诺沙星、水和食用碱4种不同的饮水剂,测定雏鸡成活率、增重和料重比等指标。[结果]通过4种不同饮水剂的对比研究发现,饲喂乳酸杆菌饮水剂与食用碱饮水剂雏鸡的成活率和日增重存在极显著差异(P<0.01),料重比差异不显著;通过回归分析发现随着试验时间的延长,乳酸杆菌组的料重比与碱水组的差距越来越大。[结论]乳酸杆菌饮水剂能较好地调节雏鸡的肠道微生态平衡,对雏鸡成活率、增重和料重比等生长性能都有明显的促进作用,而食用碱饮水剂不利雏鸡的生长。 [Objective] To investigate the effects of intestinal microbial environment on the growth performance so as to provide a theoretical basis for raising the survival rate of chickens,and reducing feed costs.[Method] A total of 200 newly hatched chickens were divided into four groups,and respectively fed with lactobacillus drinking water,enrofloxacin drinking water,normal water and alkali drinking water for 30 days.The survival ratios of chickens,body weight gaining and feed conversion ratios were determined.[Result] The survival rate and average daily gain were significantly different(P〈0.01) among chickens fed with lactobacillus agent and alkali drinking water,but the feed conversion ratio was not significantly different;regression analysis showed that feed conversion ratio of the chickens fed with lactic acid bacteria drinking water was more lower than that of the chickens fed with alkali drinking water with the time.[Conclusion] lactobacillus drinking water is the best drinking water for the balance adjustment of chicken gut micro-ecology.The lactic acid bacteria can significantly promote the survival ratio of chicken,body weight gaining and feed conversion ratio,but alkali drinking water is negative for chicken growth.
