摘要
利用常规气象资料、卫星云图,对2010年7月19-20日发生在辽宁绥中地区区域性暴雨、局地大暴雨的天气过程进行分析。结果表明,副热带高压稳定偏北是产生此次强降水的根本原因。西南涡北上为过程提供了充沛的水汽和热力辐合抬升条件,冷空气东移南下为过程提供了动力抬升条件。
The regional rainstorm and heavy rainstorm in some areas in Suizhong of Liaoning during July 19th 20th,2010 were analyzed by using the data of routine observation,weather situation and satellite cloud picture.The results showed that subtropical high moving northward stably was the basic reason of the heavy rainfall.Southwest vortex moving northward for the process provided abundant moisture and thermal conditions for convergent upward.Cold air moving east and southward provided impetus lifting conditions for the process.
