摘要
我国水资源短缺,中水回用是污水资源化的一个重要方面,中水是自来水的替代,可以认为是另一种形式的水资源,针对中水资源系统的复杂性,采用模糊数学方法继而建立起中水资源价值模型,再根据水资源可持续利用理论,我国的社会经济发展阶段和水商品的特征,提出了基于市场与计划共同作用的实用中水水价模型。选用了平顶山市中水回用工程,运用此模型计算出该中水水价,并讨论了相关问题。为中水回用企业招标提供理论的中水水价模型,并为政府决策提供参考。
China is facing a serious water shortage and the recycling of reclaimed water is considered as an important way to reuse wastewater in order to relieve the water shortage problem.Reclaimed water is also a type of water resource and it can be used as a substitute for water.Because of the complexity of reclaimed water resources system,fuzzy mathematics method was used to establish the reclaimed water resource evaluation model.On the basis of water resource sustainable development theory and the features of present Chinese economy development stage and water commodity,a practical price model of reclaimed water under the co-function of market and government planning was set up.Taking a case study of Pingdingshan reclaimed water recycling project,the reclaimed water’s price was calculated by using this model.The related problems were discussed.This study provided theoretical reclaimed water’s price model for reclaimed water recycling model and provided reference for the decision-making of the government.
