2种桉树插穗生根过程中营养元素含量的变化 被引量:4

摘要 [目的]研究2种桉树插穗生根过程中营养元素含量的变化。[方法]以扦插生根困难的邓恩桉(Eucalyptus dunnii)和尾巨桉无性系U9(E.urophylla×E.Grandis)为试验材料,研究了2种桉属树种插穗生根过程中营养元素含量的变化。[结果]扦插生根过程中,2种桉属树种插穗中的大量元素及Cu、Mn、B含量均呈下降趋势,而Zn、Fe含量呈上升趋势。与U9相比,扦插前邓恩桉插穗中N、Cu、B含量明显偏低;而在愈伤期和生根期,邓恩桉插穗中除Zn含量偏高外,其他4种微量元素含量均与U9相近。[结论]N、Cu、B这3种元素对邓恩桉插穗生根潜在的影响较大。 [Objective] To study the variation of nutrient elements content in rooting process of two Eucalyptus species cuttings.[Method] The study was carried out with Eucalyptus dunnii and E.urophylla×E.Grandis(U9) as materials.[Result] There was a downtrend of the major elements,Cu,Mn and B contents in the two species in the process of rooting,however,and an uptrend of the Zn and Fe contents of them.Compared with U9,the N,Cu and B contents of E.dunnii cuttings were less before cutting,whereas except for the more content of Zn,the other 4 trace elements contents of E.dunnii cuttings approached to that of U9 in the callus and rooting periods.[Conclusion] It was preliminarily concluded that N,Cu and B played a potentially important role in the rooting of E.dunnii cuttings by the comprehensive analysis.
