摘要
[目的]探讨野生佛茶以及不同浓度的纳米硒与机体抗氧化的关系。[方法]将2月龄雌性Wistar健康大鼠40只随机分为5个组,用各自受试物饲养30 d后,测定其血清中超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide dismutase,SOD)的活力、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(Glutathione peroxidase,GSH-PX)的活性和丙二醛(Malondialdehyde,MDA)的含量。[结果]与空白对照组比较,低、中剂量纳米硒茶组SOD、GSH-PX活性显著升高(P<0.01),MDA水平显著降低(P<0.01)。与野生佛茶组比较,低、中剂量纳米硒茶组SOD、GSH-PX活性显著升高(P<0.01),MDA水平显著降低(P<0.01)。[结论]纳米硒茶可增强大鼠机体抗氧化损伤的能力,尤其是中剂量纳米硒茶组的抗氧化损伤能力更好。这一结果为今后各种纳米硒茶的开发利用提供了试验依据。
[Objective]To explore the relationship between wild Buddha tea,Nanometer Selenium of different concentrations and the body′s antioxidant system.[Method]Forty healthy two-month-old Wistar rats were randomized into 5 groups with 8 rats in each.Superoxide dismutase(SOD) energies,glutathione pero-xidase(GSH-PX) activities and malondialdehyde(MAD) contents in(blood) serum of the rats were measured 30 days later.[Result]The SOD and GSH-PX activities in low,medium dose Nanometer Selenium tea group increased significantly than the blank control group(P〈0.01),and MDA level was lower obviously(P〈0.01).Compared with wild Buddha tea group,SOD,GSH-PX activities in low and medium dose group of Nanometer Selenium tea increased significantly(P〈0.01),MDA level was lower significantly(P〈0.01).[Conclusion]Nanometer Selenium tea in rats could enhance body’s antioxidant ability,especially the medium dose of Nanometer Selenium tea group.The result provided the experimental basis for the development and exploitation of Nanometer Selenium tea.
