摘要
[目的]用响应面法优化酶法提取黑木耳多糖的条件。[方法]在单因素试验的基础上,用响应面法优化pH值、酶解时间、提取温度3个因素。[结果]黑木耳多糖提取的最优条件为:酶解时间100 min,pH值4.2,提取温度49℃。在最优条件下黑木耳多糖的提取率为18.59%。[结论]该试验优化了黑木耳多糖的提取条件,对黑木耳多糖的工业化生产具有一定的参考价值。
[Objective] To optimize the enzymatic extraction processes of Auricularia polysaccharide by response surface analysis.[Method] Based on single factor test,the three factors like pH value,enzymolysis time and extraction temperature were optimized with response surface analysis.[Result] The optimum extraction conditions were as follows: 100 min of enzymolysis time,4.2 of pH value and 49 ℃ of extraction temperature.The yield of polysaccharide extracted under the optimal conditions reached 18.59%.[Conclusion] The optimal extraction conditions of polysaccharide from Auricularia was obtained in this study,which was of reference value in the industrialized production of Auricularia polysaccharide.
