劳动力转移背景下留守农民培训问题研究

Research on the Cultivation of Left-behind Peasant under the Background of the Labor Force Transfer

随着农村劳动力不断进城务工,留守农民无论从数量和质量上都存在严重的下降,留守农民的培训问题已经成为农村能否持续发展的关键。在调查的基础上,分析留守农民培训的现状,并提出解决措施。

As the rural labor force is going down town to work constantly, the quantity and quality of left-behind peasants have serious decline, the cultivation issue of left-behind peasant has become a key to the development of rural sustainability. Based on the survey, the current situations of left-behind peasants＇ training were analyzed and some solving measures were proposed.
