The article interpretated the NGOs＇ participation in rural social assistance from the perspective of Economic Law, then determined the legal status of the NGOs as the main part of Economic Law and the social assistance law ownership in Economic Law system, and at last illustrated the great significance of the NGOs＇ participation in rural social assistance under the regulation of Economic Law.
