农民信息素养教育之社会责任

Information Literacy Education of Farmers——Social Responsibility

阐述了我国农民信息素养状况,从加强基础设施建设、改善农村信息环境、培养信息处理能力3个方面提出了提高农民信息素养的对策,倡议农业院校图书馆应当在提高农民信息素养担负起一定的社会责任。

Information literacy education of farmers in our country were elaborated, and the countermeasures for improving farmers information literacy were improved from 3 aspects, namely, strengthening infrastructure construction, improving rural information environment, cultivating information processing capability. Finally, the paper proposed that the agricultural college library should undertake certain social responsibility in improving farmers information literacy.
