某公司新建电子加速器机房放射防护控制效果评价与分析 被引量:1

Assessment and Analysis of Radiation Protection Control Effect for a Newly Built Electronic Accelerator Room

摘要 目的对某公司新建电子加速器放射防护控制效果进行评价和分析,从辐射防护最优化与确保安全运行角度提出放射防护建议,保障职业人员及公众的健康和安全。方法通过现场调查和监测,将获取的资料和监测结果与国家标准的要求相比较。使用美国产451P便携式剂量仪和沈阳产3510便携式巡测仪进行射线防护监测。结果该公司电子加速器机房及周围环境辐射水平全部为仪表最低检测限。放射作业人员全部进行职业病岗前健康检查未发现禁忌证,可以继续从事放射作业,年个人剂量限值均小于5mSv。结论该公司电子加速器放射防护控制效果基本达到国家标准规定要求,经检测及现场调查加速器机房防护符合多重性纵深防御原则。但需在个人防护用品的配置及放射防护管理体系的建设上进一步完善和加强,从确保安全角度考虑,需佩戴便携式防护仪表或个人剂量检测组件以防误照事故出现。安全连动装置必须进行定期检查,以达到安全的目的。 [Objective]Assessment and analysis of radiation protection control effect for a newly built electronic accelerator was done.Recommendationfor radiation protection from the standpoint of optimized protection and safe manufacturing process was provided in order to protect radiation exposed professionals and public.[Methods]Results from field investigation and measurement was compared against national standards.US manufactured 451P portable type dosimeter and Shenyang manufactured 3510 portable type surveymeter were used.[Results] Radiation lecel of electronic accelerator room and surrounding environment was belos detection limit.Radiation exposed workers received pre-job checkups and no contradiction that prevents workers from job was found.Annual personal dose was under 5mSv.[Conclusion]The new electronic accelerator radiation control effect complied with national standards,Electronic accelerator room radiation complied with the principle of multiplicity for defense in depth.There os further need to improve personal protection equopment and radiation protection management system.It was also necessary to ensure that workers wear portable type instruments of personnelmonitoring module.Safety link equipment must be inspected regularly.
