摘要
护理人员的职业危害因素包括物理性危害、生物性危害、化学性危害、运动功能性危害及心理社会性危害因素。改善医院内环境,制定合理制度,最大限度减轻有害因素对护士人员的的健康危害,提高护士健康水平势在必行。作者提出需要重新评估医院环境及护士职业的特殊性及其现存的和潜在的危害性,对护士的职业性危害有更深认识,从而为制定有效防护措施提供理论依据。
Occupational hazards of nurses include Physical hazards,biological hazards,chemical hazards,motor function hazards and psychosocial hazards.Improving hospital environment,establishing a reasonable system,minimizing harmful factors on the health hazards of nursing staff,and improving the health of nurses are imperative to do.This paper presents needing to reassess the hospital environment and the specialization of nursing profession and potential harmfulness that exist in this occupation.And a further awareness of occupational hazard of nurse can provide theoretical basis for developing effective protective measures.
