B超监视妇产科手术仪在绝经后妇女取器术中的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Gynaecology and Obstetric Operation Type-B Ultrasonic Monitoring Equipment to Postmenopausal Women in Taking IUD

目的探讨B超监视妇产科手术仪在绝经后妇女取器术中的临床观察。方法 60例绝经后妇女取器采用B超监视妇产科手术仪联合米索前列醇取器,对50例绝经后妇女采用传统方法取器。结果观察组宫颈软化程度、取器效果明显高于对照组,手术时间及术后阴道流血时间明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对绝经后妇女取器采用B超监视妇产科手术仪联合米索前列醇取器是一种安全、有效、简便的方法,值得临床推广使用。

[Objective]To investigate the clinical observation of gynaecology and obstetric operation type-B ultrasonic monitoring equipment to postmenopausal women in taking IUD.[Methods]A total of 60 postmenopausal women were taken IUD by type-B ultrasonic monitoring equipment combined with misoprostol,50 postmenopausal women were taken IUD by conventional method.[Results]Cervical softening degree and taking UID effect of the observation group were higher than those of the control group.Operation time and vaginal bleeding time after operation were obviously less than those of control group（P 0.05）.[Conclusion]It＇s a safe,effective and simple method of taking UID by gynaecology and obstetric operation type-B ultrasonic monitoring equipment with misoprostol in postmenopausal women,and is worthy popularizing.
